Therefore, always remember to cancel your appointment in time – and don’t forget to schedule a new appointment in that regard. It can happen to anyone that they are unable to attend the agreed time. In that case, you can simply cancel. As we often have patients on a waiting list, we kindly ask you to cancel as soon as possible - and at the latest the day before by 12:00 PM and ONLY by phone 35 42 77 27.
If you, as a patient, do not cancel in time, we will charge a no-show fee of 263.00 kr.
This is because you take up space for another patient who would have liked the appointment. At the same time, we must acknowledge that running a dental clinic is expensive, and even more so if we have empty chairs.
According to current law, the no-show fee increases if the agreed consultation lasts longer than 30 minutes. An additional fee of 248 DKK is added for every 15 minutes beyond the first 30 minutes, with a maximum charge of 759.00 DKK for a total of 60 minutes.
